Why do You Work in the Recovery Field:
I choose to work in the recovery field because I believe in the power of transformation and second chances. My own experiences have shown me how meaningful support, structure, and compassion can change the trajectory of someone’s life. Recovery work allows me to combine empathy, accountability, and education to help individuals rebuild stability, confidence, and hope. I am motivated by witnessing progress, small or large, and by being part of a process that restores dignity and connection. This field gives me purpose, direction, and the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of others.
