Areas We Serve

Emerge Healing Center provides high-quality IOP, PHP, and Trauma & PTSD programs in the following counties and beyond:

  1. Forsyth County
  2. Fulton County
  3. Gwinnett County

Programs We Offer

We offer Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs), and an Outpatient Program.

PHPs are outpatient programs that allow clients to live and sleep at home while attending treatment on set days of the week. PHPs are able to provide a range of addiction treatment services including detox treatment, individual counseling, group counseling, and more.

Our Alpharetta IOP will work with you to decide how many days per week you need to attend treatment. Once your treatment is over for the day, you are able to go home. This gives people the flexibility to still maintain a level of their normal daily life, fulfilling family obligations, holding down a job, or going to school as usual.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a serious mental health condition that disrupts millions of lives on a daily basis. To recover from PTSD, individuals must understand their root cause issues and develop new coping skills.

Standard Outpatient

A standard Outpatient Program in Alpharetta is appropriate for clients who don’t need as much time in therapy. Often this is the best option for those who have recently completed a more intensive program. This program includes around 1-2 treatment sessions a week, with the goal of keeping the client on track to meet their recovery goals.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

An IOP is just as the name implies – more intense than the standard. Clients in this program typically have treatment 3-5 days a week, for 2-3 hours per day. This program can be the start of treatment for some or a stepping stone from an inpatient program.

Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)

PHPs are the most intensive programs available. They require treatment 5-7 days a week, for several hours each day. They also often include both non-medical and medical treatment services.
