About Katie Cruce
Katie chose to work in the field of recovery due to personal experiences growing up in a household impacted by addiction. That journey instilled a profound empathy and understanding that continues to drive her work today. She is passionate about helping others rebuild trust, connection, and a sense of hope—just as her own family once received support during difficult times.
Outside of her professional work, Katie actively volunteers with her church’s high school youth group, leading Sunday morning sessions and organizing community service projects. This involvement reflects her deep commitment to guiding young people and fostering a spirit of compassion and service.
In her free time, Katie enjoys staying active and connecting with nature. A certified scuba diver, she especially loves wreck diving and exploring sunken ships. Whether hiking near the lake, visiting the beach, attending yoga or Pilates classes, or cheering on the Atlanta Braves, Katie thrives on movement and adventure. She also enjoys experimenting with new recipes and sharing home-cooked meals with friends and family.
