Matthew Zwiebel brings a unique blend of mindfulness, compassion, and personal insight to his role as a Group Facilitator at Emerge Healing Center. A graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Finance, Matthew’s professional path shifted after a profound spiritual awakening in 2020. This experience inspired him to dedicate his life to guiding others toward emotional freedom and self-understanding.
Certified as a Meditation Teacher through Dharma Moon and NY Tibet House, Matthew integrates mindfulness and spiritual awareness into his group facilitation, helping clients connect with themselves on a deeper level. His approach is rooted in empathy, self-discovery, and the belief that true healing begins from within.
Since joining Emerge in December 2024, Matthew has been committed to fostering a safe, open environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and purpose. His work extends beyond the center—he regularly volunteers by distributing food to the homeless, continuing his mission to serve others with humility and compassion.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys hiking, film, reading, exercise, and spending quality time with his niece and nephew. His passion for growth and connection shines through in everything he does, making him a valued and inspiring part of the Emerge team.
