Clint Heger NCC CADC II
Clint is originally from rural Midwest, where he was raised on a dairy farm. After
high school he attended college and lived in several different states across the US.
Clint settled down in Sarasota/Tampa Bay Area where he started and owned
several businesses. He was one of the top hairdressers in the country to bring
Japanese Hair Design to the US. He was featured several times on local TV for his
work. He became a platform artist in hair and skin care before he entered recovery.
Clint returned to school to pursue his passion in pastry arts where he took 2 years
and practice and studied in some of the top pastry arts and sugar art schools across
the country. When he moved to Atlanta he returned to school where he completed
with honors another BA in Psychology and MA in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling. Clint entered the substance abuse field in 2015 and earned his
International Alcohol and Drug Certification II in 2017 from Mercer University.
His research and passion has always been with working with the LGBTQIA
community and others that are disproportionately stigmatized and lack help and
resources. Clint has spent the last 5 years on the national level with foundations to
help change the counseling practices for these communities.

– International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II
– Certified BrainSpotting II
